2026 Ghana Bar Conference set for Ada from September 13

The Ghana Bar Association will hold its 2026 Annual Bar Conference in Ada, in the Greater Accra Region, from September 13 to 18.
This year’s event will be held on the theme "150 Years of Ghana’s Legal Evolution: Transforming the Profession and Driving Its Future with Industry.”
The Bar Conference is held during the legal vacation, a period when lawyers come together to reflect on their profession, its challenges, successes, and the way forward.
It also provides an opportunity for them to unwind after a year of demanding work, socialize, and build their professional capacity through various continuing professional development sessions.
Over the years, the conference has been hosted in different regions across the country. It is therefore returning to the Greater Accra Region after the memorable 2025 event held in Wa, the Upper West regional capital.
