Agradaa, co-accused seek plea bargain in nude image distribution case
The two filed the notice as part of ongoing proceedings related to the distribution of intimate images, which allegedly occurred during a 2021 broadcast on Thunder TV. Agradaa, founder of Heaven Way Champion International Ministry, is currently serving a sentence in a separate criminal matter.
Patricia Asiamah, popularly known as Agradaa, and her co-accused, Charles Omane (alias One Gig), have filed a notice of plea bargaining in a criminal case involving the alleged non-consensual sharing of nude images belonging to Prophet Emmanuel Appiah Fomum.
The two filed the notice as part of ongoing proceedings related to the distribution of intimate images, which allegedly occurred during a 2021 broadcast on Thunder TV. Agradaa, founder of Heaven Way Champion International Ministry, is currently serving a sentence in a separate criminal matter.
A third accused person, Enock Owusu Kissi, is taking a different route, challenging a High Court ruling that dismissed his submission of no case and ordered him to open his defense. He is reportedly appealing the decision.
The court had originally scheduled all three to open their defence, but proceedings have now been adjourned to October 21, 2025, to allow time for plea negotiations to proceed.
Agradaa faces charges related to non-consensual distribution and possession of intimate images, while her co-accused are charged with abetment in the dissemination of the content.
All three have pleaded not guilty to the charges.
