Deceased lawyer not part of the team that worked on Agradaa's case
In a Facebook post, Counsel Richard Asare Baffour emphatically urged the public to desist from making speculations about the late lawyer’s passing and his professional work.
Lead counsel for jailed Evangelist Mama Pat, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, has debunked claims linking the late lawyer, Ali Adam, to the recent legal battle involving his client.
In a Facebook post, Counsel Richard Asare Baffour emphatically urged the public to desist from making speculations about the late lawyer’s passing and his professional work.
“I want to emphasize that Ali was not part of the team that worked on Mama Pat’s case. In light of this, I urge the public to refrain from speculating about any connection between his passing and his professional work,” he stated.
On Sunday, August 31, several media outlets reported the death of lawyer Ali Adam, with many linking him to the conduct of the recent case involving the jailed fetish priestess-turned-evangelist.
Lawyer Baffour confirmed the sad news, recounting that he had spoken with Lawyer Ali Adam on the same morning, shortly before his passing.
“I had the privilege of speaking with Ali just hours before his passing, around 8:00 am. He called to share the exciting news that some of our interns had successfully passed their final exams and would soon be called to the bar. ”
