ORC to increase fees from February 2

The Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) says it will adjust its fees and charges from Monday, 2 February 2026.

In a press release dated 21 January 2026, the ORC said the changes would apply to fees for services it provides to the public, business operators and other service users.

The Registrar’s office said the revision is being carried out under the Fees and Charges (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations, 2025 (L.I. 2512), citing provisions in the Second Schedule.

It said the new charges will cover a wide range of services, including company incorporation, business name registration, statutory filings, searches and other regulatory services.

The ORC said the revision is aimed at supporting sustainable service delivery and improving customer experience nationwide.

It added that full details of the revised fees and charges will be made available at ORC offices and published on its official website before the effective date.

The public has also been advised to take note of the changes and make the necessary arrangements for transactions planned on or after 2 February.
