Henry Fitz, 2 others charged over Serwaa Amihere video leak

Three persons including Henry Amponsah popularly called Henry Fitz, have been charged on four(4) counts of non-consensual sharing of intimate images and sexual extortion.
The accused persons are Edem Saviour Ketti who is a filmmaker, candylove Kwakyewaa, a trader and Henry Fitz, the gentleman seen in that leaked video with the broadcaster.
According to the charge sheet, Serwaa Amihere’s makeup artist called to inform her on December 3, 2023, that someone had texted her demanding an amount of GHC 5,000 with the pretext that he had the broadcaster’s nude pictures.
Subsequently on April 2, 2024, another number called and demanded an amount of GHC 20,000 to be sent within a minute or else he would post the nude videos.
The complaint notes however that he succeeded in taking the ransom yet went ahead to post the nude pictures of her on social media handles.
You may recall that social media was flooded with a short bedroom video of Serwaa Amihere and Henry Fitz in the first week of April 2024.
Serwaa Amihere thus filed a complaint on April 3, 2024, following which the first accused was arrested and admitted to using his Ghana card to register the said mobile money account.
Efforts are meanwhile underway to apprehend the third accused person, Henry Fitz to face the law.
